Urad Dal Papad is the easiest recipe for summer.
- 2 cups water
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp papad khar
- 1/2 tsp asafoetida
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 cups of urad dal flour
- Take water according to the given quantity in a pot and add papad khar ,hing, black pepper, salt and boil it.
- Care should be taken that the papad khar should dissolve completely in the water.
- After the papad khar dissolves turn off the gas and after cooling the water take the urad dal flour in a bowl and add the cooled water to the flour little by little and knead the Nibar dough. It should be made into balls slightly smaller than a lemon.
- The dal papad should be rolled thinly .
- if the urid dal papad sticks while rolling use a little dry udi dal flour to roll the papad as it will not stick to the papad photo.
- After rolling the urad dal papad, leave it to dry in the sun for 2 hours and put a thin cloth over it and turn it every half an hour.
- Now your papad is ready to eat you can roast or fry this papad.
